Is HyperPulse a medical device?

No. HyperPulse is a training-grade athletic performance wearable, not a medical device. We do not provide diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical-grade biometric data. We do not claim FDA clearance and we do not support medical-decision use.

Training-grade vs clinical claims

Clinical devices require clinical validation, regulated use cases, and physician oversight. HyperPulse is positioned only for athletic performance context and educational coaching use.

What we don't claim

We do not diagnose conditions. We do not detect concussions (Prevent Biometrics is the right tool for that). We do not flag heart conditions clinically (Apple Watch ECG is cleared for that specific medical use). We do not replace athletic training, physical therapy, or medical professional judgment.

What we do

Capture performance metrics for coaching, recruiting, and athlete development. Surface patterns coaches can use to spot movement drop-off, landing-load trends, or training-load imbalance — always with the caveat that final medical/training decisions belong to qualified professionals.
