For athletes 14+ | Training context, not medical or official timing
Privacy and trust

Their work is not our ad inventory.

HyperPulse is being designed for athletes age 14 and older, with guardian authorization for minors, no location history, no athlete-data sale, no third-party advertising use, and a clear line between training context and medical claims.

The promises we can make

Plain rules. Enforced in product.

14+ only

Under-14 enrollment is blocked before pairing, video, or athlete-data collection.

Guardian authorization

Ages 14-17 require verified guardian authorization and age-appropriate athlete assent as HyperPulse policy.

No location history

The HR2 candidate has no GPS product claim. HyperPulse does not build an athlete movement map.

No data sale or ads

Athlete data is not sold or used for third-party advertising. Required processors and authorized access are disclosed.

No medical purpose

The product is non-medical training context and does not diagnose, screen, prevent injury, or guide medical decisions.

Confidence labels

Every derived result is marked Measured, Estimated, or In testing.

Consent is a system state

No valid consent.
No recording.

01Adult account

Identity and role are authenticated, not stored as a local preference.

02Scoped permission

Sensor, coach access, video, AI, export, and media use are separate decisions.

03Logged access

Coach and privileged access is tenant-scoped, auditable, and expires when appropriate.

04Withdrawal
