What is the HyperPulse Team Case 22?

A 22-puck vertical drop-in charging dock built into a Harbor Freight Apache 2800 hard case. Athletes drop their sensor into a slot at the end of practice; the dock charges all 22 simultaneously. Per-slot status LED shows charging / charged / fault. Custom-printed team logo on the lid.

Why the Apache 2800

Apache 2800 is a $30 in-store Harbor Freight hard case with internal dimensions matching the Pelican 1450 ($179) — same waterproof + impact-rated build. 90% of the build quality for under 20% of the price.

How charging works

Vertical drop-in design. Each puck stands USB-end-down in a 33 × 9 × 35mm TPU slot. A right-angle Micro-USB cable lives in the slot floor. Drop the puck in, gravity seats the connector, charging starts. No fiddling, no plugs.

LED status indicators

23 WS2812B LEDs (1 per slot + 1 master bar). Red = charging. Green = full. Amber = fault (puck not inserted correctly). Master bar: pulses green when all 22 are good to go.

Bundle pricing

Team Case 22 bundle: 22 sensors + 22 season patch packs + dock + custom team logo = $4,499. À la carte: dock alone is $449 (sensors separate).
