HyperPulse for athletic directors
You manage a 12-sport program across 200+ athletes. You've evaluated Catapult, Polar Team Pro, GPS-vest options — and the conversation always ends the same way: 'it's great for our club teams, but we can't put it on the field during sanctioned varsity games.' HyperPulse is being built ground-up for NFHS-sanctioned in-game use. We are pre-launch; first production batch ships Q3–Q4 2026.
Compliance baseline by design
BLE-only. No GPS. No cellular. No two-way communication. Sport-specific rule-review cards are planned, plus state-specific cards keyed to each state's association rule citation. A FERPA Memorandum of Understanding template is a district-adoption target and remains subject to legal review.
Target cost model for AD budgets
Sensor ($129/athlete one-time) + patches (~$190/athlete/year consumable). For a 100-athlete multi-sport program: ~$13,000 first year, ~$19,000 ongoing. Compare: Catapult at $1,000+/year per athlete = $100,000+/year for the same program. Volume tiers are under construction.
Target implementation timeline
Designed for: order → unbox → coach trains in 30 minutes → first game capture within 48 hours. No multi-week professional services engagement (Catapult's standard is 4–6 weeks). We are targeting HS AD speed, not pro-team complexity. First-cohort districts will help us validate this onboarding flow during Q3–Q4 2026 launch.
FERPA + COPPA posture
Athletic performance data is intended to be handled through district-controlled workflows. School IT data export and deletion workflows are planned before district launch. parent-managed with COPPA consent architecture for sub-13 athletes (typical 7th–8th grade pipeline programs). Privacy + data policies must be finalized before paid district launch — not bolted on.
Recruiting pipeline lift — what we're building
Scout-share PDF export for college recruiting is a v1 target. Early-cohort programs help us define what data should be included, how it should be verified, and what privacy controls parents need before any recruiter sees it.
