Whoop is a wrist-band recovery tracker built for adults. It does sleep, HRV, and strain. It is NOT built for in-game performance tracking. The wrist form factor is also illegal under NFHS rule 3-5-3 (jewelry/electronics on wrist prohibited in basketball, restricted in most other sports).
