Where HyperPulse™ actually is today

HyperPulse is pre-launch. Target launch window is Q3–Q4 2026. This page lists what is real today, what is in build, and what is on the roadmap — with no fake pilots, inflated numbers, or fabricated customer counts. What's real today

HYPERPULSE™ trademark application. USPTO Serial No. 99820783, Class 9, Section 1(b) Intent-to-Use, filed 2026-05-13. Goods listed: wearable activity trackers + sports performance apps. Owned by Deer Track Design LLC.
Hardware design — Feather prototype. Adafruit Feather nRF52840 Sense prototype lane is active. Slim 300 mAh battery enclosure tests, Pro/Margin PCB sample lane, and print jigs are tracked in the hardware folder. Resin and PLA validation are still in progress.
Charging dock research. Team charging-box concepts exist, but the dock fit is still being revised around the latest Feather and Pro enclosures. Treat those files as prototype prints until the final fit is validated.
F2 Ultra laser engraving jig. Laser-engraving jig concepts exist for multi-unit lid marking. Final jig dimensions should follow the final enclosure, not earlier failed case revisions.
Legal/rule-review analysis. Rule-review pages explain the no-GPS, no-cellular, no-two-way-communication posture. They are informational, not legal advice and not a guarantee of competition approval.
Website + AEO architecture. gethyperpulse.com live. 12 core sport pages, Golf Lab and Cross Country research pages, state rule-review pages, competitor comparisons, answer pages, audience pages, llms.txt, ai.txt, and sitemap. Generator script re-runnable.
iOS app. React Native app with coach, parent, and athlete role views. App Store review requires accurate current-build notes and a physical-device demo video when Apple asks for one.

What's in build right now

First PCB run. Custom HyperPulse PCB based on Feather nRF52840 Sense. Targeting first revision Q2 2026 for benchtop validation, then small production run for first-batch fulfillment.
First-batch enclosures. Low-profile printed enclosures are being validated before any production tooling decision. Final material, finish, and dock geometry are not locked.
v1 coaching app — feature lock. Live multi-athlete grid, per-athlete drill-down, post-game scout-share PDF export, and CSV export are v1 targets to validate with early coaches before launch.
Privacy + compliance binder. COPPA disclosures, FERPA Memorandum of Understanding template, state-association compliance card per sport per state, hardware safety documentation. In legal review.
Founding pilot cohort recruitment. 5–15 school programs across multiple states. We are accepting applications now via the Partner With Us form on the homepage.

Launch roadmap

Q3 2026

Target window for first field-validation units if hardware, app review, legal review, and safety validation clear. Unit count and program count stay TBD until validation is real.

Q4 2026

Broad first-batch shipping to waitlist (priority by reservation order). Public sale opens at $129 retail. Real-world durability + accuracy data publishes after first season.

Q1 2027

Hudl Custom Stats API direct integration. REST API for school district analytics platforms. Expanded recruiter scout-network.

Beyond Q1 2027

USB-C or magnetic charging hardware revision through the custom Pro PCB lane. v2 enhancements depend on Q3–Q4 2026 validation feedback. International compliance review remains a future lane.

What we explicitly do NOT have today

Honesty Disclosure

We do not have 240 athlete-seasons of pilot data. We are pre-launch.
We do not have college recruiter relationships at 250+ programs. We are recruiting founding-cohort scouts now.
We do not have Hudl direct stats-API integration today. CSV export is the v1 launch deliverable; direct API is the 2026–2027 roadmap.
We are not in athletes' hands today. First field-validation and reservation fulfillment timing depends on hardware validation, app review, legal review, and production readiness.
Real-world durability + accuracy + skin-tolerance data ships after Q3–Q4 2026 pilots — not before. Design targets and published literature drive our pre-launch claims; honest pilot results publish post-launch.

Why we're publishing this

Most pre-launch hardware startups inflate proof points. Fabricated pilot data, exaggerated customer lists, "join 250+ programs already on board" claims. We're not doing that. The product, the trademark, the hardware design, the legal compliance analysis, and the AEO content architecture are real and verifiable today. The pilots, customers, and scout-network are honestly framed as future — not present.

If you're a parent, coach, athletic director, or recruiter evaluating this product: read every page on this site with that framing. Where we say "designed to" or "we're building" or "Q3–Q4 2026 launch" — that's a forward-looking commitment. Where we cite specific NFHS rule numbers or hardware specifications — those are verifiable today.
