Is HyperPulse COPPA compliant?

HyperPulse is being designed around parent-managed COPPA consent workflows for athletes under 13. COPPA counsel review and verified parental-consent operations must be finalized before broad youth launch.

What we collect

Sport, jersey number, training-grade movement metrics, and an athlete identifier the coach or parent assigns. No real name is required. No email address from the minor. No photo upload from the minor's device.

Parental consent flow

For athletes under 13, the target consent flow is parent-driven. The minor should not directly manage account creation, and the final verification method must be approved before broad youth launch.

Data retention

Retention and deletion workflows must be finalized before broad youth launch. The target is parent-controlled deletion/export without advertising or data-broker access.

Third parties

We do not sell, license, or share minor data with third parties. Period. No advertising network access. No data broker access. School + parent only.
